Anyone experiencing this or have experienced this in the past?
top and htop both show %CPU as '0' for all processes. However, they'll both show the correct per-core usage.
I'm pretty sure this only happened after my recent upgrade which included linux-firmware
pacman -Qi linux-firmware
Name : linux-firmware
Version : 20160915.c4c07a8-1

Nope. Works fine here.

Working fine here too. Did you do (and save) any changes to the sorting order?

It's not a sorting issue, all the values are at 0% for all processes.
I noticed in /proc/[pid]/stat that utime, stime, cutime, and cstime are all zero
What are potential causes of this?
Not sure if related, but /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/cpuinfo_cur_freq also shows "unknown" instead of a value.
edit: for reference, my CPU is an i7 5820k

I can confirm the same problem, all cpuinfo_cur_freq are reported as unknown and all the values in htop are at 0%
I'm on an i7-5930K

This was resolved on my end after updating to 4.7.6-1, no new microcode updates that I noticed.

This was not resolved by udpating the kernel for me. However this was resolved by modifying my mobo settings. See this comment
