GNOME: Unspecified Language

Hey!

I set up my first archlinux installation ever and a lot is working well.
After installing GNOME I registered that my keyboard layout is not set correctly.
I tried to change it via GNOME settings but the settings only show this:

Same with the keyboard layout.
Without GNOME on the console the layout that I set after installation still works perfectly.
I found nothing on the internet that solves this issue, the GNOME Terminal Emulator also does not work.

What is the output of locale -a?
