pacman update.. error: failed retrieving ...

hello.
i am a new user  for archlinux, i was some problems when i being use it but i fix it.
and now i have a problem when i need to update my distro "sudo pacman -Syu".. the command take a few minutes and give me this output :

i use a wifi network with alfa device.

As a sanity check, what is the output of ip addr
