It was all fixed up last night, ArchLinux.org is back to normal. A few mirrors synced before it was fixed, so there's probably a few mirrors out there that are in a state of mess.
All comments and votes for all community packages on the AUR have been lost, so if you had anything important, it'd be best to re-add it.

A system which makes and overrides backups (for use as a mirror) even if theres nothing to backup is funny.
Backup that folder, oh it doesnt exist, well do it. But delete the old backup first. :?
