delay/inputlag at some applications

Hello,
I have strange problems with some applications like notepadqq, texstudio or spyder3. Every time I want to type something or use the GUI in this applications there is a delay. It feels like the GUI is updated only all 5 secs or so. I use arch on a Dell Inspiron 13 7348-3825 (with i7 5500U)

I'm don't know how to find out what's the problem, I hope someone can help me...

Re: delay/inputlag at some applications

I use i3. Gnome is also installed, because I use some things from it.

Strange thing is, that the problems only appears at some applications while other programms like gedit, chromium, thunderbird,... have no problems.

Re: delay/inputlag at some applications

The list you provided smells like a Qt issue (though 4/python + 5)

Random guess:

export QT_NO_GLIB=1
export QT_NO_IM=1
spyder3

Re: delay/inputlag at some applications

Thank you, it really is a problem with Qt...

QT_NO_GLIB=1 etc. didnt work, but I found this: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92492 which worked for me.
