Hi,
I have notice that the performance between primusrun vs optirun is very large in my computer, in fact primusrun seems to use the native intel drivers and not the nvidia, check this:
[alfonsodg@enterprise ~]$ glxgears
Running synchronized to the vertical refresh. The framerate should be
approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate.
312 frames in 5.0 seconds = 62.375 FPS
XIO: fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server ":0"
after 1601 requests (1601 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
[alfonsodg@enterprise ~]$ primusrun glxgears
291 frames in 5.0 seconds = 58.017 FPS
XIO: fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server ":0"
after 31 requests (31 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
primus: warning: dropping a frame to avoid deadlock
primus: warning: timeout waiting for display worker
[alfonsodg@enterprise ~]$
[alfonsodg@enterprise ~]$ optirun glxgears
14862 frames in 5.0 seconds = 2972.330 FPS
15105 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3020.800 FPS
[VGL] ERROR: in readback--
[VGL] 256: Window has been deleted by window manager
[alfonsodg@enterprise ~]$
I suspect that the problem is related to library issues, any ideas how to solve this?

First of all, please use code tags for readability.
Now, you seem to mistake the significance of FPS. Your screen is refreshing at a rate of 60 Hz (60 FPS). Optirun generates 3000 FPS, or 3000 Hz in your case. You won't be seeing that on your screen, and even if you could, you wouldn't be able to see it anyway. So, when using primusrun, it optimises the framerate to the screen. This has as the main advantage that is consumes a lot less power.

I'm very sorry to dig this up, but note that if you have a higher fps, you are more likely to receive a frame that is closer to the refresh interval. Though your monitor is only displaying 60fps, you may get frames that are closer to 'real time' in the game with a framerate that is higher.
This video can explain it better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjWSRTYV8e0
So, at times, rendering more than your monitor can display is beneficial.
