Hey folks,
I recently rolled out a new install of Arch. I preserved my old homedir. I installed Cinnamon and use gdm as the display manager. When I log in a Cinnamon session starts as expected, but under the Activites menu, the settings applet doesn't show up. When I click on the power menu in the upper right and click the settings button, nothing happens.
I tried creating a new user with an empty homedir, and the same thing happens.
I can manually launch the settings applet by invoking cinnamon-settings on the command line, but I would like for Cinnamon to work as intended! Any thoughts?
