[Solved] Youtube video playback issue with Chromium

For some reason video playback on youtube has stopped working properly for me. Whenever I try to play any video I get weird black artifacts such as here:
http://i.imgur.com/kDk7YVm.png Not only I have no idea what is causing this issue, but to complicate things these artifacts started appearing without me updating my system.

I have updated my system as well as disabled all extensions in the browser without any luck. Video playback in another browser(Firefox) works just fine. Moreover, embedded videos on other sites also work without any problems, while playback on youtube.com produces glitches.

I wonder what is causing these problems and how to fix them.

I am using Chromium Version 53.0.2785.143 (64-bit)

Yeah, the first link helped me to resolve the issues by deleting Chromium cache. Thank you for the help.
