I bought new laptop Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro and have problem with kworker. 1 core have 100% use by kworker.
What should I do?

same problem here. latest kernel and kde running on a skylake 6600K i5.

Your top output doesn’t include the offending kworker: you have used a tree mode, which doesn’t sort the results.
Next time the problem occurs, run and provide the output of:
$ ps -e -o pid,pcpu,cmd --sort=-pcpu | grep -F kworker
You may also see the stack of the offender to get insight on what the thread is related to:
# cat /proc/$PID_OF_OFFENDER/stack
Maybe this will give some insight on what’s the cause.
