When I start Qt Creator and open up any project, it says: "Could not find qmake configuration file default."
This started happening after qtchooser was removed. When I go to Options -> Build/Run -> Qt Versions, both of my Qt5 qmake locations seem to be broken with error message: "qmake does not exist or is not executable". Indeed in both locations there is no qmake. I can still CLI compile with qmake and in Qt Creator the Qt4 version seems to be not affected. Here is my output of qmake --version:
QMake version 3.0
Using Qt version 5.7.0 in /usr/libThis all happened after a big pacman -Syu, where multiple Qt packages were updated. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Btw here the locations of the broken qmakes in Qt Creator:
/usr/lib/qt/bin/qmake
They are both the same location, but the one says in PATH (lib) and the other says in PATH (System) as a title. Is one of them redundant?

I have configured mine exactly like yours. Now when I open a project, it says this:

What is broken now? xD

Ok, never mind, I just figured it out on my own.
Somehow my kit was not set up properly anymore. I fixed it by going to Options -> Build/Run -> Kits -> Desktop (default) and changing Qt version from "None" to Qt 5.7. Thanks for your help ![]()
