Can't wake up from Suspend on Foxconn A7GM-S 2.0

Hello,

I configured my power button to make my system suspend. However, when I press the power button after suspending, the system reboots.

sudo journalctl -n 5000

allows me to find the following few lines:

Oct 08 20:54:55 qbox systemd-logind[1257]: Power key pressed.
Oct 08 20:54:55 qbox systemd-logind[1257]: Suspending...
Oct 08 20:54:55 qbox systemd[1]: Reached target Sleep.
Oct 08 20:54:55 qbox systemd[1]: Starting Suspend...
Oct 08 20:54:55 qbox systemd-logind[1257]: Power key pressed.
Oct 08 20:54:55 qbox systemd-sleep[1263]: Suspending system...

Oct 08 20:55:31 qbox systemd-journald[188]: Runtime journal (/run/log/journal/) is 8.0M, max 39
Oct 08 20:55:32 qbox systemd-journald[188]: System journal (/var/log/journal/) is 1.7G, max 4.0
...

BIOS is configured to use S3 (Suspend to RAM), and Resume by USB devices (I tried various keyboards, both wired and non-wired but the system stays asleep), PS2 devices (I don't have any and adaptors didn't allow USB devices to wake the system up) are enabled, see http://www.produktinfo.conrad.com/daten … _S_2_0.pdf

Any ideas?

Update: Setting BIOS to S1 doesn't allow waking up via USB KB/Mouse either but power button works. However after wakeup my open source ati driver shows me this:
