A few weeks ago (probably after an update), my system started to automatically configured newly connected screens in mirror-mode after plugging them in. How can I turn this off?
Desktop: Xfce
"Configure new displays when connected" is no selected in Xfce's display management utility
acpid installed, but only one handler for the ThinkPad dock events
Lenovo x240 Laptop, built-in Intel graphics using the intel Xorg driver
Happens on connecting VGA and DP devices
