Intel Integrated Graphics are not detected

Okay, so I have a laptop that has a GTX 980M and an i7 6820HK processor. I am trying to get bumblebee working, but I cannot get my laptop to detect that the Intel graphics even exist.

The output of lspci | grep VGA is:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM204M [GeForce GTX 980M] (rev a1)

My BIOS do not have as setting to disable the 980M, so I cannot figure out why the 6820HK's graphics aren't being detected.

Any ideas that I haven't thought of?

Was the integrated graphics card detected before installing bumblebee?

No. I'm pretty sure the integrated graphics have never been detected. Could the integrated graphics have been disabled be the manufacturer?
