kodak hero 3.1 configuration

I am still am new to Linux and Arch. I currently have a Kodak hero 3.1 but even after getting the c2esp.tar.gz from source forge I can't seem it make the ppd work. After I extract the file I run the command ./configure which it has no problem doing then I type "make" in the command line it gives many errors. I'll post the information from the terminal as soon as I figure out how to without it being super long.

Use the AUR package; building it manually will mean pacman knows nothing about it. You don't want that.

I would suggest trying the package from the AUR instead of installing outside of pacman.

Can you share the errors you see?
