Kodi Adjust refresh rate issues and Gnome crashing after update

Hi,

Been using Arch for a while now as "server" and media player (Kodi) and yesterday I upgraded my system (NUC 6i5SYK) with the latest Gnome and some driver updates but Kodi is giving me the finger right now. Got a lot of artifacts and judder and after a while Kodi crashed and Gnome restarted... :S
Tried to roll back some drivers it updated but issue stayed the same. I even reinstalled Arch, Gnome and Kodi... still the same issue. I suspect Gnome is giving me a headache, is there any way to downgrade the Gnome version?
