Steam doesn't open

I try to install amdgpu-pro but I don't know if I have success.

I send the command "fglrx" and doesn't send return.

Since you're running Steam with the Steam Runtime disabled I assume you've installed the required libraries?
If not, install 'steam-native-runtime' and try again. If you did, does it work when you don't disable the Steam Runtime?

EDIT: I remove the Steam and Steam-native-runtime. I started bleachbit and click to search / delete all archives in cache.

The steam-native-runtime does not give you any program/command to execute.
It's a set of dependencies for Steam itself so you can run it without using the Steam Runtime, as you did in your first post (`STEAM_RUNTIME=0 steam`).
Based on the output of the installation, it seems you had already installed the steam-native-runtime package when you tried to run Steam before?

Did you try running it without disabling the Steam Runtime? (just run `steam`)
Did you check the wiki yet?

Well, I reinstall the Arch. I don't know why the package doesn't install.

What package won't install? What is the output when the install fails? How is this related to steam not running? Is steam running now?

Yeah, Steam run now! But dont solve. I reinstall the system and install steam-native-runtime.
I can not explain the issue, I ran the install command however it is not settled.

That's ok now.
