I installed Arch on my new HP Laptop (HP Probook 450 G3). Here is the output of lspci -v -> http://pastebin.com/NYrsmSn6
It has switchable graphics (Intel® HD Graphics 520 + AMD Radeon™ R7 M340 2 GB DDR3 dedicated, switchable) though I only use the Intel one. I have been using this laptop since linux-4.7.2-1 and since then, this issue has persisted. After suspending the machine (either using pm-utils or systemctl suspend) and resuming, the screen freezes. I can't ssh neither can I change tty. Also the keyboard stops working (when i press caps lock, its light doesn't lights up). Only way is to long press my laptop's power key.
I have also tried the lts kernel but after waking from suspend I get a black screen. This issue has been really very frustrating for me as I don't like powering off my machine.
I went through the logs but they end where it successfully suspends my laptop.
Thanks in advance

Could you please try, and report the results, for the potential fix listed in post #9 here:

@halocaridina
I tried that but it didn't work
My kernel parameters were:
"Boot with standard options" "rw root=UUID=2fa673c6-5951-4ab6-93a3-c3af4dd957ac initrd=/boot/intel-ucode.img initrd=/boot/initramfs-linux.img dis_ucode_ldr"

I had the same issue but it seems to be fixed now after installing the last linux-firmware update.

I've had similar issues before with Laptop Mode Tools/TLP. Are you using either of those?
