I'm using Kwin with LXQT. I can't seem to find any way to change the font size of the window title. The only thing I've come across in my searching is a mention of using 'kcmshell5 fonts' which should let me change it. I have kde-cli-tools installed but when I run kcmshell5 fonts it says the fonts module isn't installed:
Could not find module 'fonts'. See kcmshell5 --list for the full list of modules.
'kcmshell5 --list' gives me:

It's obviously not there. Is there another package I can install to get the fonts module or does it even exist anymore? Or is there any way to change the font directly in a config file?
