Where's Kate?

I installed just about all the kde packages, but still don't have Kate. Please help!

/opt/kde/bin/kate is owned by kdebase 3.5.2-2

ensure you have relogged in, so your path is updated to include /opt/kde/bin - or just specify the full path.
