ncmpcpp/mopidy search leads to core dumped.

Hi

I am trying to configure ncmpcpp on my arch thinkpad to work with mopidy running on my raspi. when I do an artist search I frequently get an error message saying:

searching...terminate called after throwing an instance of 'MPD::ClientError'
what(): Failed to parse MPD response

Has anyone else experienced this problem and have a solution?

I think it may be related to having imported all the songs from iTunes. Has anyone done a similar maneuver in the past: I.e. copied there iTunes library wholesale and then added it to mopidy? If so, did you have similar issues and did you manage to resolve them?
