Can't get iio-sensor-proxy to work

Hey guys!

I'm using an ASUS UX310UA laptop and I'm pretty happy with it, but I haven't been able to get the ALS to work. I've been struggling with `iio-sensor-proxy` for a few days and I can't get it to work. Every time I try to install it, either from the AUR or to compile it myself, the system doesn't detect and `iio:device`. I've followed the instructions from here, but when I get to the part to list the devices, it doesn't list it, then I get an error on the following command and `monitor-sensor` fails to load, because it displays "Waiting for iio-sensor-proxy to appear".

All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please post the full output of 'makepkg -i'.

https://gist.github.com/Kaukov/8037648c … ecf470d3cd Here it is, but it can't install because I've already had it installed and it can't make the files. But it builds fine

Why do you not erase the files mentioned at the bottom by hand and install again?

It installed without errors. But now what? When I issue `udevadm info --export-db` I don't get a device `iio:xxx` as mentioned in the README. That's what I mentioned in the post.
