EveryThing Appears Larger in Linux (Waste of Space)

Hi everybody
I have a problem, and it is that with a same resolution, every windows appear larger in linux than windows (There is Waste of space in linux)
e.g. Firefox, every app TitleBar & MenuBar,... is larger.
I tried Chaning DPI,font size, using different WM & DE but no difference.
Somewhere that i had forgotten where it was, used to say there are some Theme properties that u can modify. but as i said before, i had forgotten the link?

Any Idea?

My Current Config

Tittle bars are entirely controlled by your WM theme/settings.  Menu bars are entirely controlled by the widget toolkit theme.  What themes are you using?
