tlp and systemd-rfkill.service

Dear community,

last weekend I tried the last step in configuring my Arch Laptop: power management.
Somehow tlp and laptop-mode-tools always seemed to interfere with the KDE Power Management, so I decided to use none of the mentioned programs, and just dim my backlight.
My problem is that I followed the wiki article on "tlp" and disabled systemd-rfkill.service, and now I can't enable it ("The unit files have no installation config"), systemctl start sy.... works though...
So I how do I enable it again? Or is there no need for this?

Also: What easy KDE compatible power savings options can you recommend? I tried hdparm but my hard drive would spin up again twive per minute, which is really annoying.

Best regards,
Simurgh
