How can I disable the three second delay after a failed login?
this worked for me with some distributions, but not arch, I've tried appending "nodelay" to the appropriate line in /etc/pam.d/{login,other,passwd,shadow} but no luck. I've also tried setting FAIL_DELAY in /etc/login.defs
