Something else:
When the xrandr says 0 providers, libreoffice can't start correctly. When it is 1, it can work properly.

Anything in your Xorg logs?

AFAIK your GPU is only supported by a newer xf86-video-nouveau (after 1.0.13). You can try xf86-video-nouveau-git from AUR I guess or remove the package and rely on the modesetting driver included with xorg-server.
