RTL8188ee on HP 15-af152ur

This is the painful one.

Problem itself is, after booting after shutdown, this Wi-Fi adapter works absolutely fine, but after rebooting it doesn't respond at all untill you shut down the computer and start booting again. I've tried to install rtl8188eu-git from AUR and it didn't workout well, because according to output, I already have rtl*.bin installed. That was a problem even before I've installed any DE and tried to connect to wifi using wpa_supplicant and dhcpcd using these 3 commands (after shutting down and starting pc they work absolutely fine):

# ip link set wlo1 up
# wpa_supplicant -B nl80211,wext -i wlo1 -c <(wpa_passphrase "my_network" "my_network_passwd")
# dhcpcd wlo1

where 'wlo1' is, obviously, my device name.

After the last one the result was "waiting for carrier".

Belive me or not, this is the first time I've ever experience any problems with networking, so I don't even know where to start, so...

Here is systemctl status output of NetworkManager after reboot and when it normally running.

I appreciate if you just tell me where to look first.
