protégé won't work

Hello everyone,

I need protégé for a school project. I've downloaded it from the AUR with yaourt, but for some reason, it won't start. Here is the error message I get:

run.sh: line 11: jre/bin/java: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error

Apparently, this has something to do with Java, but I have no idea about what's wrong. I'm running Arch 32 bits, if it can be of any help.

You don't execute run.sh directly, it's not placed anywhere in a normal $PATH.  /usr/bin/protege, in contrast is placed in a normal $PATH, is executable, and will start protege properly.

Where did you get the idea to try to execute run.sh?
