After update of kde apps the autostart seems to be broken: some apps in autostart not starting (kmix, ...), some is bugged, like keepassx, which shows error "The database file does not exist." (but when started from *.desktop file is working correctly). Does anyone have same issue?

Yes I have same, conky is broken, kmix seens to be no longer needed, I am using system try volume icon and is working for me as kmix did before (before update only kmix controled usb speakers and I had deactivated volume in system tray).
Cairo dock still autostart perfectly.
Lot of bugs, this never ends.

Yes, I'm having the same issue with kmix since the upgrade. I even recreated the link to the .desktop file in my ~/.config/autostart/ directory, but to no avail.

I can see problems with root too

The solution
With regard to keepassx, I changed the ~/. config/autostart/keepassx.desktop exec line from:
Exec=keepassx %f
to simply
Exec=keepassx
This made it autostart as expected. I don't autostart kmix, but maybe something similar would help?
There are a number of bugs, probably related to this, at https://bugs.kde.org
