Purchase a better smartphone cam?
Seriously, it's hard to say what the problem is, better take a screenshot ("spectacle") - for a wild guess and if it's an nvidia system, disable FXAA.

I Tried to take a snapshot. Realy.

You see the text exactly as I see it (I know, the colors should be better).

Yes. It's nvidia card. I'm going to try this.

What do you mean "tried" - the window looks ok on screenshots?

Ah, there should be a delay timer feature.
Also try w/ the compositor suspended (SHIFT+Alt+F12)

Just restarted the PC and the problem is gone.
I think it was an update problem: I noticed some of nvidia related packages updated (from 375.10 to 375.20) only today (most of them updated 2 days ago).
