GStreamer missing videoscale element since last update

Since I last updated gstreamer0.10-base, totem won't play videos anymore, it says it cant find the videoscale element. Also gst-inspect-0.10 | grep scale doesn't show the element.

The file /usr/lib/gstreamer0.10/libgstvideoscale.so however is there.

ldd libgstvideoscale.so looks fine, no missing libs.

Rebooted the system, doesn't help.

Anyone same problem?
