ArchISO: adding another ISO to syslinux

I'm working on a recovery USB version of archiso, and I wanted to include a Kaspersky tools ISO in the boot directory and have an option in the syslinux menu to load that ISO using memdisk. However, when I select that image, nothing happens. I'm obviously doing something wrong here, what do I need to do?

Here's the relevant part:

LABEL kav
TEXT HELP
Boot a Kaspersky recovery environment.
ENDTEXT
MENU LABEL Kaspersky Recovery Environment
LINUX memdisk
INITRD /boot/kav_rescue_10.iso
APPEND iso
