Happened after upgrading.
When i typed in the encryption password correctly, it was not accepted.
Then i typed the password in the en-us keymap, switching some keys which are labeled different between on my keyboard compared to en-us keyboards, and it was accepted.
Systemd on initramfs, might be related.

First of all. this line looks bad:

Furthermore the "keymap" hook is missing, which is probably why your keyboard layout is screwed
take a look at https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mk … mmon_hooks
So add keymap-hook to the mkinitcpio conf and then rerun mkinitcpio

The same ALPM-SCRIPTLET for sd-lvm2 was run again at the latest kernel update, see end of code, and this error did not show up again.
No, when using systemd initramfs, the keymap hook is replaced by sd-vconsole, this has been working before.

This was fixed by today's upgrade, which included linux 4.8.11-1.
