Hi everyone,
After a recent update to my Archlinux system install (both < 1 month on my laptop and desktop computers), I have noticed that a "~/Dropbox" folder keeps appearing in my home folder. Now, what's interesting is that I don't even have dropbox installed on my laptop! This is very annoying, and I have no idea how to determine which process is creating this damn folder (sometimes at boot, sometimes after a while I notice it pops up again ...). I have read something about loggedfs on internet, but it's not in pacman or the AUR, so I don't know how I can use it?
If you have any suggestion please let me know.
Cheers.

Ok, I serendipitously found out which process was creating this insidious folder, something which has been driving me nuts for the past few days.
The short answer is: it was a plugin of Sublime text, called PlainNotes. I just removed the package since I don't really use it!
