nvidia-340xx doesn't support Vulkan anyway. I guess in that case you can install vulkan-intel to resolve dependencies and add new bug for vulkan-icd-loader.

I'm guessing you have steam-native-runtime installed? This is a packaging problem.

Can mark as solved since vulkan-icd-loader changed dependencies.

This issue should be fixed with vulkan-icd-loader-1.0.30.0-5
