Cannot control USB-headset volume with xfce4-mixer (pulseaudio)

After rebooting my pc with plugged USB headset i can control volume with Audio Mixer on my panel and everything's ok. But when i unplug my headset and plug again i cannot control sound volume with Audio Mixer. The only way that works for me is where my cursor pointed on screenshot. How can i fix this?
I have installed: "pulseaudio", "pulseaudio-alsa", "gstreamer0.10", "gstreamer0.10-good-plugins" and wrote "load-module module-switch-on-connect" to /etc/pulse/default.pa
