Cannot Install AMD/ATI Catalyst drivers

When installing catalyst-test via AUR:

:: xorg-server and xf86-input-evdev are in conflict. Remove xf86-input-evdev? [y/N] y
:: xorg-server and xf86-video-ati are in conflict. Remove xf86-video-ati? [y/N] y
(Notice I clicked yes for both of them)

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: xorg-server: requires xf86-input-evdev

Anyone have a solution? I could uninstall xorg-server via ctrl alt f1, but then I would also have to uninstall GDM and compiz

[gabe@LinuxBoss:~] 1 $ yaourt -R xorg-server
checking dependencies...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: compiz: removing xorg-server breaks dependency 'xorg-server'
:: gdm: removing xorg-server breaks dependency 'xorg-server'

Re: Cannot Install AMD/ATI Catalyst drivers

Did you try doing an upgrade first with pacman? What are you versions for xorg-server and xf86-input-evdev?

Re: Cannot Install AMD/ATI Catalyst drivers

Have you updated your system recently? Run pacman-Syyu

Don't like me? Well I can agree
