Hey.
I want to install oracle-sqldeveloper, unfortunately there is a problem with the oracle-sqldeveloper package from the AUR.
He gives me the Error:
The source file for this package needs to be downloaded manually, since it requires a login and is not redistributable.;/usr/bin/echo Please visit http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/devel … index.html.; exit 1; manual://sqldeveloper-4.1.5.21.78-no-jre.zip
And my question is: If I download the package by myself, where do I have to save it, so that the "installation-script" can use it and do It's work?

The same directory as the PKGBUILD.

or $SRCDIR, if you have that set.

I downloaded sqldeveloper-4.1.5.21.78-no-jre.zip, and copied the zip into /tmp/yaourt-tmp-dennis/aur-oracle-sqldeveloper/. But after doing that, I started the Installation again with paman-manager and he first deletes the directory and creates it new. So I get the same Error again.

So stop using an AUR helper and use makepkg directly..

But it only creates a new tar archiv. Seems like pamac is working with an other command as makepkg -s.
Sorry for being that inexperienced, I am new to arch linux.

I can only guess, but that tarball probably _is_ the package. Did you install it with pacman -U?

Oh OK! .tar is a package to install.

Looks good! Oracle Sqldeveloper is working now
Was that all I have to do? Or is there missing a clean command or something other?
