Good evening to everybody,
I have a strange issue.
I tried to enable Secure Boot following the Wiki instructions.
Actually, I can boot GRUB with no problem, but
with Secure Boot enabled, GRUB can't chainload any EFI executable
with Secure Boot disabled, GRUB boot Windows and else with no problems
I want also to point out that using the BIOS boot choose button (F12 for me) shows me the Microsoft Boot Manager option and allows me to boot Windows.
Some ideas about why it happens?

Have you tried using systemd-boot instead?
I don't think Secure Boot will allow loading from a separate partition.

Sorry for replying so late.
I still didn't try systemd-boot and I would like to stick to GRUB.
However, testing is possible. I will try in next days (yep, I have finally some time to test this out)
