Hi,
after a hiatus from Linux for a couple of years I've taken the plunge back in. Things have changed quite a bit
What I've wondered about: Did anybody have any luck with getting two gnome panels running on dual screens? I've found this extension [https://github.com/spin83/multi-monitors-add-on] cloned the git and copied the files over to ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions but they don't show in the list of extension in gnome-tweak-tool.
I've also tried manually installing, but in that case tweak-tool doesn't even seems to see the folder as a valid extension.
Any other ways to go about that?
Cheers.

Hi,
You can use AUR package for installing this extension https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gnom … dd-on-git/, "yaourt -S gnome-shell-extension-multi-monitors-add-on-git" and then enable it using gnome-tweak-tool. I did in this way and it works fine, but don't forget to "Logout" -> "Login" after installation, without this action I didn't see it in gnome-tweak-tool.

Thanks!
Didn't even think about checking the AURs. I'll give it a try once I'm back home later on.

Or just go to the Gnome Extensions website and flick the switch; https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/ … rs-add-on/
