[Bluetooth] Controller not powering on on boot

Hi all !

Since my last upgrade (no bluez inside), my Bluetooth controller don't auto power on.
If I either do :

/usr/bin/hciconfig hci0 up

or

bluetoothctl
power on

Device works.

As wiki said, I always have this rules : /etc/udev/rules.d/10-local.rules

#Set bluetooth power up
ACTION=="add" , KERNEL=="hci0" , RUN+="/usr/bin/hciconfig %k up"

I changed hci0 to %k as the wiki shows, neither works better.

Any idea ?
