the packet name became from "-" to ":"

I download the core and extra mirror in my computer. when i set the pacman ,lots of packet are right  but i got some errores like this
"error: failed retrieving file 'lz4-1:1.7.4.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz' from 192.168.3.1 : Given file does not exist
warning: failed to retrieve some files"
I have the packet  'lz4-1-1.7.4.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz'in my computer , but why the "-" became ":",how could i fix this.
Please help me.

I know the reason.the windows don't allow the file name have ":"
how about to create core.db, core.files from lots of *.pkg.tar.xz

"Windows" is not a file system.  Is it NTFS, FAT-something?  What does Windows use nowadays?

Also, this is not very clear.  Can you describe. in order, exactly what you've done on which OS, and when the error is reported?  You said a '-' gets turned into a ':', but in the error message you report it's just the opposite, the command is looking for a file with a ':' in the name but that doesn't exist as the file has a '-'.  Further, your suspicion that it's because Windows doesn't allow '-' in a filename doesn't add up as there are other '-' symbols in that file name that were not replaced with ':'.

EDIT: the post below helps a little, I think I also misread one part of this.  The colon is not allowed in windows filenames  that could be.

What do you mean by

, are you running pacman -Syu ? Or do you download it with the browser?
