I am trying out Links web browser, but I can't find any good information about configurations.
Anyone knows a good place to look?
One thing I don't understand is the color values. They are written with dec and not hex. Anyway to use hex instead of dec, or do I have to convert the hex-value to dec-values?
Is it possible to add a 'style.css' file to the config file?

Color terminals use 256 colors. So if by "hex" colors you mean html color codes, those simply don't apply: there aren't nearly that many colors available. If on the other hand you are thinking 2-digit hex (1byte), then yes, just convert to 0-255. If you want to know what those colors are, there are countless terminal color preview scripts out there - I use this:
echo
for i in $(seq 0 255); do
printf "\e[0;48;5;${i}m %03d\e[0;38;5;${i}m %03d " $i $i
[[ $i -eq 7 || $i -eq 15 || $i -eq 231 || $i -eq 239 || $i -eq 247 ]] && echo
[[ $i -ge 15 && $i -le 231 && $(( ($i - 15) % 6 )) -eq 0 ]] && echo
done
echoAs for a user css, I don't know how that'd be revelant. links doesn't really use css - unless you compiled your own 'links' with graphics mode. What do you hope to accomplish with a custom css file?
Links has a good man page, and lots of information on their website. If you want more configurability, you may want to consider elinks.

You cannot include a stylesheet into either html.cfg or links.cfg as links does not support CSS. Command-line options and two cfg files. That is all that links provides. Add a bookmarks file and you are set.
