Deluge and OpenSSL

I can't run deluge due to this errors with OpenSSL:

Why is it trying to load something from your home directory?

I don't know! I did

mv .config/deluge/ .config/deluge.backup

because I could have some plugins that cause problems but this doesn't change anything.

Thanks @Loose_Control, but I'll not dive in Scrapy settings! It does not seem so easy!
Thanks mates, I don't really need Deluge, I'll go for Transmission!
