I have updated linux-lts kernel to linux-lts 4.4.39-1 since then when I connect pickit2 and try lsusb it gaves me nothing
But in the older kernel version (The version before 4.4.38-1) it works correctly , should I downgrade the kernel version or buy a new kit

Are you absolutely sure that 4.4.38 works and 4.4.39 doesn't?
I see no USB related changes introduced in 39.

Did you reboot after updating the kernel? If not, then you still have the old kernel loaded. Ensure your installed kernel and running kernel match by comparing the output of 'uname -a' and 'pacman -Q linux-lts'.

Is there a version which works? Use /var/log/pacman.log to find out which one you had before and downgrade from /var/cache/pacman/pkg.
