Question about placement of new windows in KDE..

I like to manage my open windows by shading them open/shut, rather than using the taskbar:

I've been trying to figure out how to get a newly opened window to position itself immediately underneath the lowest currently open titlebar, that way I don't have to reposition every newly opened window. I've messed with the control center/window decorations about as much as I can, to no avail;  Could anyone point me in the right direction?  Or can this not be done?

try right clicking window bar > advanced > special window settings
