Mplayer problem. [SOLVED ]

Hi AF.

I have set up an PC as a multimedia - with myth tv - that is really working great - but I have a funny problem.

Under settings for DVD
What command should be there ??? Becaurse it aint starting at the moment and the line is
mplayer dvd:// -dvd-device %d and some more...

But ind ordinary command line mplayer works with:
mplayer dvd://1

But that only starts the first file.
Is it possible to get it to start at the title menu at any DVD?
And is it the same with VCD?

As far as I know, Mplayer doesn't currently support DVD menu navigation. I'd use Ogle for that (it's in extra or community).

Yes, the package name is ogle-gui. It's in community repo. There's also goggles in unsupported.  It's a nice front-end to ogle too.

Re: Mplayer problem. [SOLVED ]

I use VLC or Xine to watch DVDs. Both are very good. Although Xine seems to be broken all of a sudden on my box.

edit:
the package names are "vlc" and "xine-ui"
