So ive recently tried to make my qt apps look like they are using my current theme (adwaita). Everything went fine until i realised that i had global dark theme option turned on and the solution archwiki provides wont work. My question is: Is it possible to apply dark themed adwaita to qt5 apps and if yes, then how?

There are 2 options:
1. Install qt5-styleplugins(-git) from AUR to use dark Adwaita GTK 2 theme in Qt 5 apps.
2. Install adwaita-qt5 from AUR which provides Adwaita as native Qt 5 widget style.
And tell us more details what you've tried if you need further help.

Ive already tried adwaita-qt5 with qt5ct and adwaita is avilable but there is no dark variant of it.

It seems like the adwaita-qt5 package contains default version only.

You are aware that Qt widget styles make use of a customizable color palette? So you just have to adjust the color palette. I haven't tried it with Adwaita style yet but I think it should work for this style, too.

im aware of that and ive already tried to customize it with a printscrn and gimp but eventually i found it very time consuming. I tought that there has to be another way of doing it.....

The problem is that the adwaita theme is not just colors, it uses tons of images.
