Strange system fan peaks under X session

When I'm launching X session I'm starting to hear that my cooler speed goes up and down with 3-5 seconds interval, even without any load. This happening surely under X session, because I've tried to launch Wayland with sway WM and it works stable. This happens also on latest Ubuntu distro 16.10. I'm using Acer Extensa 2511G, which utilizes 2 video chipsets - build in CPU: Intel i5-5200U (4) @ 2.7GHz  and GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 940M with latest stable Kernel: 4.8.13-1-ARCH.

Here is latest Xorg.0.log: http://pastebin.com/HYh2riDe

lsmod | grep nouveau

Shows nothing

lspci | grep VGA
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 5500 (rev 09)

shows only Intel

And "modeprobe nouveau" gives
Pointer to TMDS table invalid
Pointer to flat panel table invalid

Re: Strange system fan peaks under X session

Remove the xf86-video-intel driver and try again. This driver is barely maintained and seems to have some even more glaring issues with the new Xorg server than it already had.
