Gnome Shell shortcuts not working

Sometimes my Gnome Shell don't accept many keyboard shortcuts (multimedia keys, Super + L etc), but not all (Alt + Space, Alt + F7 and some other works fine).
But after Gnome Shell restarting (Alt + F2, r, Enter) all works fine.

What could be causing the problem?
