Pianobar requires json-c

When I tried to spin up pianobar today, it complained about a missing library, libjson-c.so.2. After installing the package json-c, pianobar works properly. Should I submit this as a bug to the package maintainer to add this as a dependency, or is some other force at play here?

Open a bug report on the bug tracker, don't contact the maintainer directly.
